I recently tweeted about being a witch and using magic in my work as a sensual masseuse. While I didn’t go into detail, the tweet was meant as a gentle nod to my fellow sexy mystical workers. Since then, I’ve been getting DMs demanding that I explain myself. “How dare I call myself a witch?!” 🤭

Magic is all around us. As an earth and herbal magic practitioner, I naturally weave it into my daily life. Everyday tasks can become rituals that shift energy and materialize desires into this 3D reality.

So no, I’m not collecting your sperm to put a hex on you. (Unless you piss me off—then watch out, you might find yourself in some very unfortunate circumstances. (Jk jk, I kid—I don’t dabble in the dark arts lmao 😜)

I’d like to share my morning tea ceremony to start my day with intention, it's a simple ritual I do to imbue my life with magic -

Step 1: Gather the following herbs ✨🌿✨

- Cloves

- Hibiscus

- Rose petals

- Peppermint

Step 2: Call in the spirit of water ✨🌊✨

Pour fresh water into your kettle. Observe as it flows, envisioning rays of light emanating from the stream. As you fill the kettle, lean in and whisper:

“Thank you, water, for being the vehicle of life, healing my body, and replenishing me with vitality and health. Thank you for flow and intuition. Thank you for your presence and abundance. Fill my body with your light and charge every cell with divine radiance. Make me whole and make me glow.”

You’ve now begun the process of shifting energy by anchoring yourself in love and gratitude.

Step 3: Infuse your herbs with intention ⚡️⚡️⚡️

As you place each herb into the kettle, cast a spell with powerful words:

- Cloves (1/2 teaspoon) – Hold each clove in your hands and as your drop it in the kettle, say:

“Thank you, my plant allies, for your providence and willingness to commune with me. Cloves, I call on you for protection, for cleansing my aura of what no longer serves me, for drawing abundance to me, for courage to push past fear, for alignment with my most authentic self, for grounding me in love and for the activation of my root chakra.”

- Hibiscus (1 teaspoon) – As the petals fall into the kettle, say

“Thank you, hibiscus, sacred flower of divinity and cosmic beauty. I call on you for sensuality, passion, desire, radiant health, seduction, feminine essence and the activation of my sacral and third eye chakras.”

- Rose petals (1 teaspoon) – As the petals fall into the kettle, say

“Thank you, rose, queen of flowers. I call on you for love, beauty, harmony, healing, tranquility, compassion, clairvoyance, stronger intuition and for the activation of my heart chakra.”*

- Peppermint (1 teaspoon) – As the leaves fall into the kettle, say

“Thank you, mint, for your masculine energy. I call on you for clarity of mind, effective communication, communion with my higher self, inspired action, prosperity in my endeavours, willpower, and the activation of my solar plexus, throat, third eye, and crown chakras.”*

You have now casted your spell by staying in the energy of gratitude, speaking life into yourself by connecting with these plant allies and invoking their powerful magic.

Step 4: The element of fire ✨🔥✨

Place the kettle on the stove and turn on the heat. As the water warms, thank the element of fire for working with water, air, and earth to extract the properties of your herbs for your nourishment.

Step 5: The final blessing ❤️‍🔥

Once your brew is ready, pour your crimson tea into your favourite mug. Sweeten with the sweetener of your choice and stir clockwise to draw in all the blessings you have spoken over yourself. Breathe in the aroma, sip, and allow the warmth of magic to engulf you.

Set the intention to carry this energy with you throughout the day.

To me, being a witch is simply to be in deep reverence with the earth, to open my physical, mental, and spiritual energy to her so we can co-create moments of bliss that raise the vibrational frequency of the planet.

I hope you find ways to connect with yourself, your divine intelligence and Mama Gaia.

You, too, can choose to be a witch or wizard by infusing mundane moments with mindfulness, beauty, sensory delight, and a heart full of gratitude for the blessings that surround you.

Magic is simply a state of mind ❤️‍🔥

If you give this ritual a try, I’d love to hear about your experience! Share your thoughts with me. ✨

All my love and a thousand hugs,

Zia ❤️
